Welcome. I’m Jerry Fischkes, a.k.a. “The Loan Man.”  I have been a loan officer for the past 26 years.  I have been instrumental in helping thousands of homeowners make one of the most important financial decisions in their lives.  I have seen so much happen in the world of lending during this time, and I would like to share my thoughts and insights with you on this site.

I have also participated in the creation of some very special and unique educational videos. These videos shed light on subjects such as escrow, title insurance, FHA loans… with more to come.
